1. Agreement and business contact
These Terms are an agreement between you and Infin8 Apps, an independent software business based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, purchasing or activating a product, using a paid plan, or using an Infin8 Apps service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Questions can be sent to infin8apps@gmail.com. If you do not agree, do not purchase, activate, or use the applicable service.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, maintain control of your email account and devices, and promptly report unauthorized use. You may not share credentials, payment links, protected downloads, licence files, or activation access with another person except where an offer expressly allows it.
Infin8 Apps may temporarily restrict an account or entitlement to investigate fraud, chargebacks, security incidents, licence abuse, or a material breach. Legitimate access will be restored when the issue is resolved.
3. Products, plans, and payment
The current purchasing page identifies available products, the four customer plan tiers, included applications, billing period, currency, price, and any trial or promotional terms. Product availability is Windows-focused unless a product page expressly lists another supported platform.
Payments and recurring billing are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Applicable taxes, exchange rates, and card-provider charges may affect the final amount. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed and the matching entitlement appears in the customer account.
Sponsored, complimentary, lifetime, testing, or creator licences may have separate written scope and do not establish a public offer or cash value.
Where a product offers a trial, the trial length and limits are shown in the product before it starts. A trial ends automatically, does not charge a card, and does not create a paid entitlement.
4. Subscriptions and cancellation
A subscription renews for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. You can manage billing or cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your Infin8 account. Unless the applicable offer says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Removing an application does not cancel a subscription.
If payment fails, expires, is refunded, or is disputed, related paid access may be suspended or revoked while the billing state is reconciled.
5. Software licence
Unless an offer states otherwise, Infin8 Apps grants the account holder a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the purchased software on the number of devices shown in the offer or account. The software is licensed, not sold.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, share, bypass activation or entitlement controls, distribute protected installers or updates, or use the software or services to violate law or another person's rights. Rights allowed by applicable law despite these restrictions are not removed.
Voice, voice-model, and AI features process material you supply. You are responsible for having the right and any required consent to use recordings, voices, and models you load, and you may not use them to impersonate or deceive. AI-generated responses can be wrong; review them before relying on them.
6. Downloads, updates, and compatibility
Use the protected account or Control Panel flow for official installers and updates. Check the product page for supported Windows versions, host formats, hardware, and dependencies before purchasing. Back up your projects and settings before installing an update.
Updates may repair security or compatibility issues, improve features, or change requirements. A plan does not promise every future product or feature unless its offer expressly includes it.
7. Refunds and billing problems
Contact infin8apps@gmail.com promptly with the account email, product or plan, date, and Stripe receipt or invoice reference. Do not send full card details.
Infin8 Apps will correct duplicate or unauthorized charges and will review requests involving inaccessible downloads, licensing failures, or a material product defect that support cannot reasonably resolve. Change-of-mind requests after protected software has been downloaded or activated are reviewed individually and may be declined where permitted by law. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; processing time is controlled by Stripe and the financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Support and community services
Support is available through the website and official Discord surfaces described on the Support page. Support can help investigate an issue but cannot guarantee a specific fix, delivery date, refund, or recovery of user-created data.
Discord and Arcade participants must follow posted community rules and the third-party platform's terms. Harassment, spam, credential sharing, malicious activity, payment fraud, and attempts to expose private customer information are prohibited.
9. Service changes and availability
Infin8 Apps may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue a feature or service. Reasonable notice will be provided when a material change affects an active paid entitlement where practical. Local-first software may continue to function without hosted features, but account, activation, download, update, billing, and support services can depend on internet access and third-party availability.
10. Warranty and liability
Services and software are provided with the care reasonably expected of an independent software provider. Except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, they are provided without a promise that every configuration will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular professional result.
To the extent permitted by law, Infin8 Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost user-created data. Any direct liability relating to a paid product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service during the preceding twelve months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Changes and governing law
The version date above identifies these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this same URL before taking effect. New acceptance will be requested where required. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and Canada, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
